The movie I chose to watch is Spy Kids 2 The Island Of Lost Dreams The first Mise-en-scene of this movie is the setting. The setting is a mysterious island that is not able to be found with even the most high tech of technology. The island is made this way because of what is going on in the island like the ancient ruins with skeletons that move and the giant volcano that is surrounded by equal part desert and palm trees with tropical types setting with giant moutains everywhere to show how hug the island is. The setting is created this way in order to really give this island the mysterious/magical feel to it and to show the importance of how all technology is shut off when in radius of the island so that is in known by not many people or few people. The next Mise-En-scene is Lighting. Overall the whole movie is very bright because it Is mostly outside walking around the island. This scene in the movie "The Avengers" is a leitmotif because as leitmotif is defined ( a recurrent theme throughout a musical or literary composition, associated with a particular person, idea, or situation.) this scene shows a recurring theme and music which is the avengers music and also the dramatic camera angle to show how the avengers are high in power and are unified and are going to battle. The Avengers are the hero's so the camera angle is showing that and to show how much of a impact they are going to have on the movie. This occurs throughout all of the avenger movies to really show how it is a leitmotif. In the movie "American sniper" actor Bradley Cooper is in a sniper hide out in Iraq town when they are watching a building where terrorist acts have been taking place from and terrorist have been coming from at the same time other U.S Military soldiers are marching through the town when a car comes driving towards them.
